On Friday, June 12, Arch Social Club, the oldest Black private social club in the United States, will host an International Unity Day. The event starts at the Enoch Pratt Free Library at North Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue in West Baltimore’s Penn-North neighborhood at 12 Noon, then moves across the street to the Arch Social Club (2624 Pennsylvania Avenue) for a commercial development tour at 5 PM followed by a Happy Hour reception in their Museum Lobby at 6 PM. A celebration of “diversity, friendship, culture and community as we introduce Baltimore to the world”, the event is hosted by Arch Social Club’s International Director Bro. Paige Craddock, who has worked with Afrikan Americans currently living in five settlements in Ghana. For more information, call (667) 417-5007.
